I do understand his concerns and why there was hesitation, which makes me appreciate and love him even more! I'm glad though that it is now something to be tackled together as a team, since we are a team and we operate like a team therefore we can no longer go about dealing with life's curve balls as individuals! we want and need each other daily, hourly, every second! Its as if we have become an extension of each other. Wow this conjugation is such a beautiful and wonderful part of my life, I cherish it and am greatful for it daily!

Once again the importance of communication within a relationship was so strongly proved to me. It remains such a vital element of a relationships survival and potential growth!

Wow time flies so fast, today marks our 7 month anniversary. Its already been 7 months and we have been through so much together, from Bramley to a night of a thousand pricks and many other things in between. Through all of it we stayed together and it made our relationship stronger. We know that our relationship is unique, very unique and I know for a fact that I'm very lucky to have a beautiful relationship like this with such an honest man. Its something many people search for and never find, I therefore cherish what we have dearly! I love my man so much that words are often highly inadequate to actually describe the extent of my feelings, so I am often left with the inability to actually express my emotions!

I've found myself standing before a silver trident fork which stems from a swelling node. Its presence surprisingly isnt to overwhelming, its long gleaming spears reaching into the distance excite me. My only concern is the slight inflammation at the root!

It has only just very recently dawned on me, the reason for its abnormal swelling. It was thought that the center was the cause where in fact it wasn't at all involved. The center however was acutely sensitive in identifying the slight unlubricated wheel operating within the complex machine! I am almost certain what thorn is guilty of such effects, I must try to gently ease it out, the discomfort caused is very apparent!

Its been quite a dramatic sequence of events that have been unfolding back at MSV HQ! Its becoming draining and stale very quickly though, the very reason why i have been avoiding lots!

On the eve of the second birthday of One Third Basketi I sit here pondering many topics while navigating through the overgrown grass. The time however is shortly arriving, the time where i shall cut the grass back down to its carpet appearance. It's a wonderful thing though how vast and lush all these forever expanding square meters have become.

Architecturally a courtyard is a space enclosed by buildings, a communal courtyard that is shared by the building that encloses it, a courtyard is generally something paved and sparsely populated by anything green. It is however a very efficient space, a safe space, but it does however lack that extra something, that touch of life perhaps?

I once had a courtyard, it worked so well and served me very loyally. Then gradually the courtyard started to dissolve and disintegrate to reveal a new type of space, a space initially quite inexplicable, something that perhaps is not meant to be explained. It was a space drowned in light and fresh air, a space that held Eden's envy!

What an erroneous prediction, i didn't quite think the feeling of longing would be as strong as it is now. I also didn't quite realize how much I would miss him, he really has become completely a part of my life in everything I do, every little daily chore, from brushing my teeth to making a sandwich, we do together. My failure to realize how much I would miss him was probably due to the fact that we spend almost every waking minute together which unfortunately prevents me from sometimes fully appreciating the special moments and random times we share, and now for the first time in our beautiful relationship we will be apart for a little while (more like a long fucking eternity), while he is overseas visiting family.

I drove straight home from the airport, with thoughts exclusively regarding him. I thought about today that we had spent together, all the countless minutes I tried to soak up before he left. I'm still sitting here thinking about the many characteristics that makes him so special. I feel so disconnected from him now, contact is not possible for the next 12 hours while his in the air. For the first time in... ever, I feel lonely, we have grown so closely together and it feels unnatural for me to be without my oke. I can still remember when we met, and when we still were friends and getting to know each other. I remember the first time we cooked together at Cotswold, and all the creative dishes that have been made since then. I thought about all the extreme situations we were dropped into, especially Bramley, which still makes me sad that he had to endure something so unpleasant.

It has unfortunately taken a longer time to heal after the fire of two weekends ago, I do admit I have not fully recovered. The heat dealt quite a blow to certain parts of my core, and the effects still linger on in my thoughts. However i am recovering, and in this situation time is the only healer.

It is indeed ironic how so quickly a rose can stab so bitterly. How poisonous actions could easily slice through the bread and butter. The entwined was almost unwrapped, if it weren't for some, seemingly engineered unseen forces. On what side of the fence do these nudges belong on, I educatedly assume not the other side.

A renewed fear has very recently surfaced, could I be infringing upon the the core? Am i not providing sufficient remuneration. I fear that the reception could be dimming as a result of other possible causes. How will i know for certain, what clues will yield finite knowledge and what markers would highlite the contradicting elements and separate them with reason and logic

There still however remains the beacon of silver and gold, raised above everything Deep within the pathway I am confident that evolution and instinct will lend lits kind hand, to allow the union the ability to adapt and thrive.

I'm in the middle of exams now, I have finally gotten a decent Internet connection now, hence the long silence on OTB. Its ADSL which is super pleasingly fast and efficient, i love it now! I wrote on thursday, my graphics exam, which is always a pleasure, my next paper is on Monday for which have have absolutely no clue on what to study for. How assuring that feels!

Just one more sleep until I see my man. Wow I really have grown quite close to my boy. I still remember in the beginning when I first met him I would see him once a week, I think back now saying to myself “hell once a week would kill me”. Its quite strange but my boyfriend and I actually don't have an anniversary. We became friends initially and it just eventually evolved into a relationship, so I can only estimate that we have been together for roughly five months now. We decided that since this is the fact we cannot actually celebrate our anniversary on a day but we would rather just have an anniversary month, a month of debauchery, something that does come naturally!

I have noticed the more i spend time with him the more I want him. I haven't really actually discussed him lots on OTB since I'm really not the type to dive head first into anything, thats why i have only now, after roughly five months of dating, mentioned him here. I'm glad that we took things really slow in the beginning, we have manged to establish a solid foundation.

The most horrific recent events have brought me to a few realizations and conclusions. After this weekend of complete hell and torment I've noticed myself appreciating the precious time I have to spend with the loved one, the very loved one that was hurt by the corrupt system that was ironically established to fight corruption and maintain peace. These experiences made our feelings official. After all that has happened I can't deny that I'm proud to be associated with someone of such honor and goodness. This chain of events have made us stronger and brought us closer together. I never ever could've seen myself opening up to this extent in my life, but it happened, ever so subtly and naturally. Its such a beautiful thing I have, that I cannot stop appreciating it enough. I now really cherish every moment spent, every precious memory i have! I treasure it so much because the recent experiences once again reminded my how quickly one can be completely pulled away from the comfort zone, and how quickly one can loose whats dear to him, as cliché as it might sound, we do not quite realize the value of what we have until we are left without it! I have learned many things from this beautiful conjugation, I myself have most definitely changed for the better as a result of his influence. He has told me to try and have a positive outlook and I am trying. Trying to face this fierce butterfly effect with courage.

It absolutely broke my heart to see him in that situation, it frustrated me even more that i was completely powerless and unable to do absolutely anything to save him. I tried to do everything in my power to try and fix the situation, that could only be done three days later. I had to be strong in front of him, i had to maintain composer, i could not let myself cause further grief. In the end i couldn't hold it in anymore and i did break down with tears of sadness because of what they had done to him and tears of joy because i could finally take him home to safety. I just hope with all my heart that he will be able to fully recover and that none of this will hamper his bright future.

I still feel sad inside, it will take time for me to mend these scars. There are undoubtedly many consquinces to follow in the future. I have comfort in the thought however that together we can face a substantial amount of trouble, united we capable of taking the world into the palms of our hands! I am now certain beyond any conceivable doubt that our love is capable of conquering any unsurmountable obstacles that may lie in the path of our fate!

The Night Of A Thousand Pricks!

Wow quite an experience, a chain of events that made me realize quite a few things.

It all started saturday night. Paul and I attended my friend, Sifiso's, 21^st birthday party. It was quite a blast. We were having such a great time. Just after midnight Paul and I decided to go to the petrol station to purchase cigarettes.

So as we leave the filling station Paul hears a suspicious noise emanating from the left front wheel. So he tells me to sop so he could get a look at the wheel. So I stop, Paul gets out and starts inspecting the tire. Next thing out of nowhere a random dude knocks him out unconscious, another dude opens my door and instructs me to get into the passenger seat while the dude who assaulted Paul climbs into the back seat. They start driving off, I was assuringly been taken to Tokoza. The antihijacking system began to sound its warnings, so I bargained with the hijackers to let me go if showed them how to deactivate the antihijacking system. I was dropped off about 5km from where Paul was lying unconscious on the pavement.

I was in a state of disorientation and short term memory loss. I knew what had just happened but I all of a sudden, probably due to the trauma, couldn't remember where i was. I knew Paul was laying on some pavement somewhere. All I knew is that I had to find him. I roamed the streets for about 20 minutes looking for any sign of help. I rang doorbells but no one answered. My pockets were empty, cleaned out by the hijackers, I had no form of identification at all! After walking around I eventually found a petrol station. I got there and a few minuted later a police van pulled up.

This is where the rest of the trauma happened. I approached the officers and explained to them, in mt frantic state, that I've just been hijacked and my friend is laying unconscious on a pavement somewhere. They were the most unprofessional kept telling me i was wasting their time and kept asking me if i was on drugs while snickering away amongst each other. After about 40 minutes pleading for help I actually told them to just leave it, I will go roam the streets on foot to find Paul. I was feeling hugely frustrated since I was so worried about Paul and these cops were almost unwilling to help. Then one of them finally decided to go back to Sifiso's party to call my friends. As soon as my friends arrived i got into to my friends car and we went found Paul. That what got me, the SAPS was completely unwilling to go find Paul. He could've needed urgent Medical attention. We finally found him and I ran up to him and hugged him and we both burst into tears, since we were worried to death about each other!

We then went to the police station where the SAPS refused to open a case and wanted to turn us away. By this time I was fuming and I began swearing at them because of the complete lack of service delivery that I've experienced! After a frustrating two hours we finally opened a case but Paul and I had to return the next morning to make a statement since the officer on duty at the time was completely incompetent and unhelpful!

I'm quite glad that Paul at least was unconscious so he didn't have much memory of the incident, so his doing fine I think. Besides the fact that he has no car and his insurance company is being an anal donkey at the moment!

The Mother City

It was quite a pleasant trip to Cape Town. I did realize however Cape Town isn't all its made out to be! The gay scene is almost not existent there, and its supposed to be the mother city and yet Johannesburg has far more to offer the gay community. The gay boys there i find quite forward, wow just when I thought the culture couldn't get even more promiscuous! The CBD itself is quite cool, its however a little to European which brings flavors of superficiality to it. The rest of Cape Town is really nothing to see. Its actually quite an unattractive urban environment! The coolest thing I saw during the whole week was the Johannesburg skyline the night I got back!

The company was good but towards the end there was tension since I suppose we all not usually used to being together for such an extended period of time.

The events leading up to this moment however have been extremely busy, I handed in the 2^nd final concept for my school this afternoon, which means that this week have been quite a frenzy of getting things ready.

I haven't at all forgotten about OTB. Problem is: life's events have been rather active over the past few weeks. Its been quite a good past two weeks I might add. I've been mighty busy on my High School project, which had finally received an injection of mojo around last week monday. I will publish it asap, prob next two weeks since I'm off to CAPE TOWN on thursday. WOOOOOOO FLIPPEN DOOOO! I've also been rather busy by spending time with my man. Friday night saw us and my sisters friend dine and wine at the fine Moyo's at the sexy Melrose Arch. Melrose Arch is probably one of the hottest precincts i've ever laid my eyes on. I discovered during lunch in Newtown with the man on Friday afternoon that there is also a Moyo's in Newtown. Now that is seriously hot since Newtown is in my opinion probably one of the best most culturally colorful areas in JHB. I love it! I spent the rest of Friday afternoon pretending to be an investor and went to go have a look at all the refurbished apartments in the CBD. Wow and the sights i saw were hot, the views were breath taking, i could only imagine the hotness of the view at night. I will live in the CBD one day, I promise myself i will and it will happen indeed!

I'm thrilled at the scent of summer, the long winter is finally receding, therefore the other side that consumes so much mental energy is crawling back into its bottle, going to sleep until next year! For the first I had the pleasure of wearing shorts last week, wow it felt good, but it did make me realize that I perhaps am in need of a slight tan.

All in all, the most valuable lesson that I learned during my silence was: Wrestling is great fun!

The elastic band was being stretched, stretched ever so gradually that it went completely unnoticed. Only when it was released and snapped back I realized how far it had gone. With great luck though its sting was negligible, but fortunately it was the catalyst for other most needed reactions, at first they we negative but it brought a sense of realization and appreciation, I'm glad that rubber band was there! I am, due to the scars of the past (especially the “2005 end” crises), not the type to readily project inner energies outwards. It is a quality that at times is to my disadvantage, but on the whole its a protective security system that has done fairly well. Against my instincts, developed by this little security measure, I have recently let my guard down, something I hardly ever do, but every now and then I rate its necessary. Being permanently sheltered I suppose would deny me of certain pleasures that life has to offer, I need to take risks, even though I know all to well that risks could have catastrophic consequences, I am indeed afraid. When the elastic snapped back I did for a moment see even more reason to be afraid. I do however indeed find the current situation rather positive and very comforting, its provided me with opportunities to further explore more than just myself, to explore things of intriguing simplicity. Its all quite refreshing!

The weekend as usual was eventful, it did have slight, brief moments of the yo yo effect. Thank goodness however it was properly taken full care of and ironed out. I only bedded myself, after Thursday night's session of sleeping, at 0800 am Saturday morning. It has been sometime since I've been that extreme! Saturday evening was privately pleasing, I was astonished about how much I actually enjoyed the interaction, it was satisfying.

Resolutions have been established, resolutions of paramount importance, that will, with utmost priority, have to be held onto. However, now its off to the drawing board to refine my Government School Prototype for design!

3rd all the way

The many phases past seem to becoming rather frequent with overlapping complexity. What used to last a year now lasts a week. Am I approaching the singularity where the week turns into an instant, where events accelerate into a mere nothing? Things inevitably change, needs and desires will always vary from period to period. There is however certain elements that most of time feel like constants, even though the existence of development clearly demonstrates otherwise.

It was quite a contrasting day, It started so effortlessly but quickly became rather testing. I took a trip to the Sandton library to photograph it for an assignment. I then in the afternoon returned to Alex Township and paid a visit to The Saheti School, its all part of my current project where I am redesigning the public school prototype. I heard the news this morning that my grandfather passed away, and the shortly after that, Friklina's gearbox gave in, leaving me conveniently with 3^rd gear, no first, reverse or any vital gear. Most luckily though is that I know Friklina rather well so I was able to drive her home solely in 3^rd gear. To top it all, I'm just so fucking over a student's budget already, why does cash elude me this much, fuck currency, its a rampant whore!

I'm feeling the music beyond the audible kind. I'm feeling the kind of music that is rather pleasant, the kind that I have however warned myself against, the kind that possesses the dangers of hypnotic sounds. I have to dance quite cautiously, or rather quite attentively to this kind of intoxicating beat. It does however feel quite refreshingly appetizing to the soul. I'd like to know, cause here I could possibly go again, where eagles fly or where rats thrive. I might be approaching a domain where my handy formulas for conduct yield useless results due to their incompatibilities with this entity. I'm not at all in opposition however, It is most of the times rather uplifting and positive, but like most things beautiful, they are possibly as dangerous as all lethal elements in multiple combinations. The currently short road map though, reveals qualities I've never been exposed to, special characteristics I find myself aroused by, certain characteristics I had never known myself to enjoy, since I was oblivious to their existence up until quite recently.

I have had a weekend sent straight from the gods and dropped gracefully into my lap. It was quite an active weekend of extreme social experiences, It was a record of 7 parties, some of them rather legendary, in a space of 4 days, not forgetting the raw testosterone sprinkled generously in between. The past Friday marked exactly four weeks to my departure to Cape Town, the legend is nearing ever so closely!

Defining A New Definition For An Undefinable Set.

The legendary weekend has come to an end. The 80's party of Saturday evening, as expected didn't fail to impress me, ski club is such a legend, its the only place I know where people truly go to party and get hammered, no one cares three hoots! A quality that other venues I frequent lack, nonetheless I still manage to party hard and scare the queens away, 10 points to me, stupid whores! I was enlightened yesterday regarding some scandal where desperate boys created and involved me, thing is a gay boys will create chaos using the most gay method of rumors. I apparently was sleeping with this boy who was dating that guy who cheated on him with some unknown character. Dude shame only girls go and create drama's like that, although I do forget that a lot of the gay boys around are screaming girls in reality!

I decided, partly due to the physical broken state I'm now in due to partying like champ, that I should now begin calming down my extreme partying tendencies. It's been a good two and a half months of intense debauchery. So I will calm down slightly but by calming down I don't mean I will remove debauchery at all since that is the key agent of my social life lol! So therefore I will still attend various events as I have been doing but I will just trim the frequency slightly. My greatest strength can also be my greatest weakness, a fact of life I learned a while ago, so therefore, some role call has to be taken in order to continue such activities.

This upcoming Friday will mark exactly four weeks left until my much anticipated trip to the mother city, I'm sure its dead obvious that I'm as excited as a sheep on morphine to go to cape town. Friday night my good friend Sifiso had the pleasure of meeting Hugh Fraser, I kicked myself so hard that I wasn't around, Hugh is my hero, oh my WORD! Sifiso did however acquire his card with an invite to bring himself and his friends to go and see Hugh's house. So we shall soon be visiting his house, which in my opinion is absolute architectural eye candy of extra freaking NOTE! I'm amped!

I am yet again at a T junction. There is a certain configuration presently that I do indeed find rather pleasant. However it has reached a stage in which i don't know how to carry on, I'm not saying this meaning to be negative at all and in any way. The case comes with me and my fear and disgust of any type of boredom that might arise from any possible arrangement or promise. The eyes and the ears are indeed fond though. Admittedly the current affair is rather sweet, so therefore I have no reason for such silly over analytical bullshit (wank wank wank), things should just stay as they are. I should listen to myself more often, even though thats all a stubborn boy like me does! As soon as some formalization is introduced and a linguistic label is applied, the rose shrivels like a prune and rots into irritation. Why should convention be followed, its boring it was invented by those of the heterosexual spectrum of life for those of the heterosexual spectrum of life. Restriction breeds illegal activities, restriction is another form of multiple level entrapment, therefore a more relaxed take on the transaction will ensure the dust of monotony will never settle on any surface!

The QC white ball last night at FTV was rather enjoyable, the awesome
DJ's delivered sweet sounds of funky house. It fed my soul and fueled my
feet on the floor. However at 03:30 the music abruptly ended and the
lets went on, I was mortified that they could honestly consider ending a
great party at such a wanker time! What the fuck, the gay boys don't
know how to party anymore. I remember parties that would start Saturday
night and last till the following Sunday evening! Nonetheless however
the party was a grand experience, and the gay boys were as usual afraid
haha, possible because it was a white ball and i wore black or i just

I am coming down with my fifth flu this year, its really starting to get mighty old now. I usually never get sick, its an annual event when I do. The flu this year however has really taken a grasp on me and has been viciously attacking me.

I am really looking forward to this weekend's planned events, its going to be an absolute blast. Friday night I'm going to the QC party at the FTV Cafe, thats going to absolutely rock since my favorite DJ's, Morne and Luke will be ripping the decks. They are the most awesome DJ's ever, they are the DJ's who used to play at the legendary Rhino Bar, wow and the music was delectable! I can as usual expect mass amounts of debauchery, since my debaucherous friends will be joining me for this grand party. The theme of this month's QC party is a white ball. I don't own white clothes, since my wardrobe sticks strictly to very certain colours, and I hate sticking to dress code, so I am thinking the only piece white clothing that I will be wearing for the evening is my jocks and possible my socks. Its fun being the odd one out!

On Saturday its my good friends, Natasha AKA Bambi's birthday party at the one and only SKI CLUB! Its also themed, the theme is 80's and since we all children of the 80's I do intend on dressing the part. Ha 80's rocks, only problem is (and this might sound tremendously gay) that I only know what the ladies wore in the 80's, I have no inkling clue on what the dudes wore. The Internet hasn't provided many possible answers for this rather perplexing question. Dear me, I will probably, in my famous style of doing things, sort it out in the 11^th hour.

My good buddy, Sifiso, and I today realized or rather uncovered some very entertaining conspiracies in the grander social scheme. It was quite an entertaining conversation because it made us realize that certain corners don't quite believe certain claims that are made, its suspected by some that there are hidden agendas lurking deep down. This was a very interesting realization because we (Sifiso, Stef and I) really are not interested at the moment in growing up too quickly! Youth as in incredible tool and with it comes incredible power, I therefore am in no way keen on growing old very quickly. I'm in my prime and I intend on taking my time here!

With limited time compounded with a shody Internet connection at home, One Third Basketi is really taking the brunt. My Internet has been unusable now for a good month so my only connection to the www is at wits and on my mobile handset.

The past weekend was slightly calmer than the rest, I only went out on Friday, did relaxing things the other nights. I went to Risque lounge where my favorite DJ's, Groove Element and Stuart H were playing. I love them they really play such awesome house music. The party was fun ha and usual my friends and I got up to debaucherous things lol. It was great fun. I was so broken on Saturday though, I think I might be getting older, I cant party like I used. Granted however the quality in venues in the past were far more superior than what is found nowadays.

I always seem to surprise myself at the most unexpected time. Its so truly amazing how much of myself I have still yet to learn. I do like to think I know myself pretty well but some times I learn a new little tid-bit here and there. I do know for certain that I'm a wild child and any form of commitment is not cool. Thats why I enjoy random unplanned events and unconventional set ups. I am at the moment in an unconventional set up and I am really enjoying quite a lot, it keeps things spontaneous. I've noticed that as soon as something is formalized and dubbed with a term I get bored of it really quickly. This however is a completely involved and intricate subject that I will have to explore later on...

One other thing that struck me, what my one MSN buddy was saying, I think the gayboys are afraid of me. He said he saw me but was too shy to say hi, I think It might be since my friends and I are quite tight, and that probably might be quite intimidating to people. Also the fact that I don't go out to make a statement, ha I go out to party! You either go big or you go home, I've decided!

I'm looking forward to Friday night at QC at FTV with all my crazy friends. We always have fun, although I must say this past Friday did take the cake on the scale of debauchery haha! I've been in contact with a bud from Cape Town lately, I need to start creating a party schedule for my time down there, I'm eager to see how the scene in the mother city compares to that of Johannesburg. I wonder if the music trends are the same, I do get the impression though that the boys down there are far more pretentious than those up here. Only time will tell!

What a hectic week filled with so much action. I have been meaning to post because I have been bursting with things to say but unfortunately being the busy boy I have been that has become hard lately

My Barberton travel companions and I

This past weekend I was fortunate enough to indulge in a weekend away with my sister and a few friends. We jet-setted off to Barberton. Initially I was skeptical, Barberton sounded like a very conservative and dull place. However it turned out to be pretty charming, the weekend was way to short but i think we left a mark of random craziness in Barberton. It was really great to get away. I did however as a result miss two huge parties here in JHB so I therefore did have extreme cases of fomo and as a result it has now been 14 days since my last debaucherous escapade! I do intend on going as big as a mountain tomorrow night at Risque, its well over due!

Adventures with trout at Milly's

Last night two friends of mine and I decided to try a mid week outing, but as usual the gay scene is full of faders and there was nothing happening so we had to resort to a straight venue called Billy The Bum's which turned out to be quite ok, nothing out of hand unfortunately but oh well!

tomorrow shall be my last day working at AHD architects, its a little sad because i really enjoyed working there and interacting with my coworkers who were all really great people. It was really a great working experience but alas its time to go back to university, the vacation is coming to an end.

Initially i was dreading this vacation and the first week of it was quite horrid but then suddenly it turned around like a bull and became a really cool vacation. Oh my I've had multiple grand weekends all in a row, all filled with debaucherous wild partying, jet-setting and huge amounts of fun! Its really been the ultimate blast.

Next stop is CAPE TOWN WOOOOOOOOOO freakin HOOOOOOOOO I've never had the pleasure of visiting the mother city, the sister headquarters. Two friends of mine and I shall be traveling there as the debaucherous party ambassadors of Johannesburg! Its gonna be wild!

I'm back online, my internet was bust for the week. Wow last night was loads of fun. Went to the QC fire and ice party at the palms and the music was awesome. Nicole fox was playing, ha and my friend paul and I had the compulsion to go up to her and compliment her on her sexy hairstyle haha!I left the Palms at 0400 and was invited to a party in graighall, but I was so brokenly tired I just couldn't, I cant party as hard as I used when I was young!

I finally started work this week, and I am honestly loving the company I'm working for. They really treat me well and I'm enjoying the tasks I get and the new things I learn.

Last weekend however was an absolute legend of all legends ha! I partied like a mofo on steroids, what a blast. Thursday I did the hat, its a straight club but its awesome tho, all my straight friends go there and the eye candy is really good, such a pity its unavailable eye candy. Then Friday was Therapy Deluxe, that was a blast of absolute proportions, although just not as good as original therapy tho but hey. We left that place at 0800am the next morn, I was again invited to another after party but my feet were absolutely raped from the demon dancing haha! Saturday turned out to be pretty awesome to, landed up in the capitol, Pretoria at a place called The Senate. That kinda rocked in a very different way, it was free from all the familiar pretentious faces that are found here in Johannesburg.

Oh my gosh and the most awesome news of all is that I'M FINALLY GOING TO SEE CAPE TOWN WOOOOOO HOOOO!!!! Its gonna rock my lock and be on like donkey kong!

So this evening I've been put onto the guest list to attend a club launch called Loveland, I heard it is going to rock with the sounds of funky house, so I rate I shall take my dance over there and commit further debauchery!! haha :D

The Sinking

As I lay here in the frigid cold I reminisce of stable times gone by and I silently wait for the next sinking, It could very well be my ticket out of here.

I've never had the chance to fully explore the sinking, I always land up wiggling my toes when it gets too intense. Its quite an unspeakable experience. The silence and the numbness I find to be rather soothing. I vote in favor of exploration in future, It's possible it could be the very answer to this direly illusive question, the solution or the cure.

There is nothing of substance on TV besides the grayscale pictures of yesteryear to keep me company now. The whimsical characters, leading such simple, untainted lives in their glamorous little world, so full of superficiality that I loathe with utmost vigor!

Oh Kathryn what would you do in dire times like this, what method would you employ to combat such dark bleakness?

The irony of the Ice Bitch's visit last night must contain some sort of perverted humour! The fact that she decided to pay a visit, to create a mirror of the chaos inside! It had to sadly be done. I can't carry on sitting out here in the dark, bitter cold, looking through the window and seeing them in the blazing heat! I needed a way to stop this frustrating limbo. It's time I go find a sustainable source of heat elsewhere. I have to stop living in the past, things were great once but I have come to the realization that its cemented in the past, I have been waiting around fooled by the hope that it could be great once again.

I knew the danger for a fact but I had to go and see it for myself, but at least I've confirmed the lethal, deadly nature of love. Its a threat that I will never expose myself to ever again, it's currently raping me of any shred sanity I have left! It amazes me how the media and the common perception of it is so rosy and so sickeningly wholesome, there is a mass delusion out there which I find extremely disturbing. I have to now properly regain individuality, will I ever be the same after such trauma? I do have an inkling feeling though that the side effects are going to persist long after the event has faded into the echo of time!

I opened the door once, it was grand but eventually it was shut in my face. I decided to reopen again on subtle request and it was once again great until it was for the second time shut in my face. My heart will be more than willing to open it a third time but my mind and my self preservation protocols are now saying "there was nothing in the past stopping it from getting shut so what will change it in the future?". It is now most definitely the time to lock that door indefinitely, its been shut one to many times! Its time to move on since there is nothing left on the other side of that door that can grow anymore, its dead and singed, murdered by cyanide!

The endless analytics of late have dropped me at various interlinked conclusions. One of them being the topic of boredom which has to seriously be addressed, I'm accustomed to a biannual chapter change, its now going on 18 months since the last change, a chapter change will in turn solve the "shut door" saga. Solving the saga, I will move on to the next stage of action which is to purge all notions of induced identity. There was a stage where induced identity was non existant, but like the Scottish Thistle it has unnoticeably grown and flowered at the dire expense of valuable opportunities!

Before the mass displacement took place I was in a pure state of function, however due to my unfortunate toss to distant figurative space I have become polluted! I have therefore realized now more than ever that since I am home now, that is why the first plan is to purge all sources of the pollutant, shutting the door and placing it under quarantine!

These are the simplified reasons of why Pandora's box has been so viciously ripped open by the Ice Bitch this time around, the reasons why I'm left here gradually loosing ground, while single handedly trying to contain the invasion!

My oh my another weekend of debauchery! Wow Friday was so awesome! We had all decided to go to Risque Lounge, so since I would be talking Friklina and two of my mates would be traveling with me I decided to consult some cartography and determine the shortest possible route. according to Google Earth the shortest route was 122.09 km ha that in my opinion is so porno for a night out! It was quite some inner city journey we conducted!

Wow some of he debauchery that went down will probably only ever be spoken of in 2014 ! My friends and are such party rapers lol it rocks quite a lot!

Firefox vs Safari vs IE7

Just a few short days ago Steve Jobs announced that the Apple's internet browser, Safari will be coming to Windows. So I promptly took this opportunity to download Safari and give it a little test run! Well I must say it wasn't that impressive, even the memory hog, Internet Explorer 7 out did Safari. So sorry Steve but it seem like your boys can't program for Windows as well as they can for Mac. Safari had the tendency to be uber unstable and crashed frequently. According to digg.com, Cnet and ZDnet several security flaws were found just 2 hours after safari was made public, which is slightly frightening, the notoriously insecure IE6 seems like a fort compared to that. So much for Steve touting it to be the fastest and the safest.

Firefox loaded One Third Basketi quicker than Safari. Safari is also quite the memory hog itself, Firefox, IE7 and Safari all had one tab open but Safari had tendencies to hang slightly more than IE7. My machine only has 256mb ram which the Apple website says its apparently sufficient. By looking at the three screen shots below it is clear that Firefox renders fonts far clearer than Safari and Internet Explorer 7. The Apple website boasted safari to be the fasted but Firefox and Internet Explorer did load One Third Basketi Completely and faster than Safari which left a few images out. All three browsers, Safari, Firefox and IE7 all have tabbed browsing capabilities which was first invented by the Opera browser, then adopted by Firefox a few years ago and only very very recently EI with its version 7 release had tabbed browsing, I'm not sure when Safari got tabbed browsing but Its clear EI was quite slow to catch up.

My mind is made up, Firefox still rules the roost! Then again it is open source, which means faster development, it ain't defective by design like its other two proprietary counterparts.

The course of my life over the past two years is quite similar to the adventures of Ms Kathryn aboard the 74656. We were both tossed far away from anything familiar, dropping us both in new situations that we never had thought that we would've encountered. We both had the ultimate, highest goal of returning home. She was a quite an admirable character, in my opinion! Our journey was forecasted to take much longer than it actually done thanks to unforeseen circumstances however it was cut into a fraction of the original estimate. We eventually made it back.

However

Unlike her when I came back I wasn't pleased with what I had found. Things had changed, the spirit was dead. I realized that something was lost forever, it only lives on within my memory now. Can I still call it home, even though it's not very familiar, even though its nothing like I had remembered it to be? Its like starting over again, I wonder what the noble Ms Kathryn would've done?

Wow what I night last night. As usual the fomo (fear of missing out) caught up with my friends and what initially was supposed to be a low key event turned into another debaucherous party haha! The music was actually quite king last night, I haven't danced that much in a while. I have got to admit however the bear (ie Russian Bear Vodka aka carbar) nearly got me haha. She might not seem like much, but to me she brought back a flood of nostalgia of very good times of the past. This photo was taken by me, using my old camera phone back in 2005. I was standing on the dance floor of the legendary Rhino Bar, looking up at the surrounding buildings. I can remember countless awesome parties that I would witness the most beautiful summer sunrises on this very dance floor. Rhino Bar was one of the four clubs that formed part of the great heartlands. According to the picture's meta data it was taken on 21st December 2005, at 03:03:10 PM. I was probably well into the party by 3am, dancing to the best music I've heard! Rhino Bar would always play meanest tracks WOW. Such good memories, it gives me goose bumps haha!

Cool kick ass shows I watched when I was younger. Those were the days when TV shows were still cool! :D

My absolute favorite was Back To The Future, that car was so hot!

Then came Captain Planet and the Planeteers, It went like thins: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and heart the Captain planet would say "by your powers combines I am Captain Planet" haha

The there also was Bravestar with the eyes of the hawk, strength of the bear and the speed of the puma.

Oh my and there was also the Biker Mice from Mars. Ha they were so bad ass I loved it!

and DuckTales! They were so awesome!

Our first site meeting. It brought tears to my eyes... not! Lol. Yeah My group and I are documenting the construction of th new Mercedes Benz Lifestyle Centre in Bedfordview. Yeah we look like such bob the builders haha!

Nothing like wet concrete and shutter work. Its so inspiring to see a building in its raw form being constructed! :D

There was small little glitch event that happened on Saturday that bothered me a little. Maybe I'm just too friendly with people, maybe its my fault but like it really did annoy me when certain people thought I was interested and took the liberty of forcing their unwelcomed tongue down my throat. I really didn't enjoy that. It just wasn't on like donkey kong, not at all!
